System Friendly Resumes -Part II

Posted on: March 13, 2010

Ok I am back and ready to continue on the subject of system friendly resumes.   I review resumes all day long through an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and I wonder “if this candidate could just see how her/his resume uploaded it would definitely be an “eye opening” experience”.  I wonder how many people are paying to have their resume written and the first time they apply on-line the data is distorted because the resume is not system friendly.   How many of those free resume writing workshops are talking about system friendly resumes?

Do you think it is bettter to cut and paste your resume or upload a copy when applying on-line?

Do you know the best way to display your top strengths on your resume?
